Maintenance Technician

TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 4 WEEKS!

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Temporary Maintenance Technician to assist with the daily maintenance and upkeep of a condominium community for a four-week assignment, from November 8 through December 8.

The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle routine repairs and property upkeep. This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, safety-conscious, and comfortable working independently as well as alongside the existing maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep throughout the condominium property.
- Complete minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical tasks, light bulb replacements, and other routine maintenance duties within the scope of their training and authorization.
- Assist with painting, drywall repairs, touch-ups, and other minor property improvements.
- Inspect common areas, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other shared spaces to identify maintenance needs.
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining common areas, equipment, and facilities as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete assigned work orders promptly.
- Assist with moving furniture, setting up areas, and other physical tasks as required by the property.
- Report significant maintenance issues, safety hazards, or repairs requiring specialized attention to the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager.
- Follow all property procedures, safety guidelines, and instructions from management.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
- Perform other related maintenance duties as assigned during the temporary assignment.

Pay Rate: $19-$21
