THE ROLE

Ready to turn your classroom experience into real-world impact? The Topgolf Internship Program gives students the opportunity to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on experience while working alongside teams across our business.

Internship opportunities may be available in areas such as:

- Marketing
- Technology
- Legal
- Accounting
- Finance
- Human Resources

Depending on your area of interest, you’ll support meaningful projects, collaborate with team members, build new skills, and get an inside look at how different functions work together to support the Topgolf business and brand.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Topgolf Intern, you’ll have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to real projects and business initiatives
- Partner with team members and leaders across your assigned function
- Participate in meetings, team discussions, and collaborative projects
- Build practical skills related to your field of study and career interests
- Gain exposure to the Topgolf business, culture, and different career paths
- Network with fellow interns and professionals across the organization
- Receive feedback, coaching, and opportunities for professional development
- Complete a final project or presentation highlighting your internship experience, key learnings, and contributions

WHAT WE’RE SEEKING

We’re looking for curious, motivated students who are ready to learn, contribute, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You don’t need to have everything figured out. We’re looking for people who are excited to grow, collaborate, and make the most of the experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Interest in one or more of our internship areas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and receiving feedback
- Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the internship, based on the requirements of the role
