- Lead the development, drafting, and staffing of integration requirements, interface standards, and operational concepts (CDDs, ICDs) to ensure future capabilities natively support multi-discipline data fusion and target development.
- Synchronize software and system integration efforts with INSCOM G3 (Operations), G6 (Networks), PM IS&A, and Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) partners to bridge the gap between intelligence collection and fires/targeting networks.
- Provide feasible and actionable recommendations and technical risk assessments to INSCOM G7 leadership via white papers and Army Memos regarding data fabric modernization, AI/ML integration, and legacy system decommissioning.
- Oversee the alignment of individual intelligence discipline systems with IC/DoD data standards, ensuring that data from disparate sources (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT) can be queried, correlated, and exploited globally.

- Proven expertise in integrating individual intelligence discipline analysis systems (SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, HUMINT, MASINT) into unified workflows to support targeting and force protection.
- Mastery of tactical data dissemination protocols, open-system APIs, and data broker/fabric architectures that enable sensor-to-shooter and intelligence-to-command post connections.
- Proven track record writing and staffing capability requirements specifically for software-intensive systems, cloud hosting, and data analytics platforms.
- Exceptional capability to explain complex software architectures, data schemas, and network limitations in clear, mission-focused terms for senior military decision-makers.
