Responsibilities
Harvest Production Team Members will be performing a combination of tasks in the initial step of the meat processing facility including:
Our jobs require you to stand on concrete and/or elevated platforms for extended periods of time
Our harvest work environment is warm and humid. Must be willing to use knifes, air knifes and other tools to perform the job.
- Prepare product for further processing
- Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash product
- Use tools and/or machinery such as knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other power tools
- Must wear protective safety equipment.
We take pride in our new Training Program that will train all new hires on several different jobs during your first 90 days.
