About this role
Join J.P. Morgan Payments as a Senior Associate, Content Strategist and help define how one of the world's leading payments businesses tells its story. You'll be part of a global content team where your editorial instincts, strategic thinking, and passion for impactful storytelling will directly shape how we connect with clients, partners, and the broader market. This is a rare opportunity to build and scale modern content programs at the intersection of finance, technology, and global commerce — with the reach and resources of JPMorganChase behind you.
As a Senior Associate, Content Strategist on J.P. Morgan Payments marketing team within the Commercial & Investment Bank, you will lead the development and execution of thought leadership and editorial content that strengthens our brand credibility and supports key business priorities. Working closely with product, sales, regional, and marketing channel teams, you'll help ensure our content earns attention in a competitive market and scales effectively across a large, global organization. This role is ideal for an editorial-minded self-starter with strong executive presence who is energized by building programs, shaping narratives, and continuously improving how content gets made and optimized.
