About this role

The Opportunity

Help bring Panago partnerships to life. We are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager who can build strong relationships, turn ideas into well-executed campaigns, and demonstrate the value partnerships deliver to our brand and business.

Based in Abbotsford, you will manage the day-to-day delivery of assigned partnerships, including Canucks partnerships, and develop opportunities across sports, entertainment, community organizations and complementary brands. Your work will span opportunity assessment, activation, performance measurement and renewal recommendations.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, you will work closely with our Marketing, Creative, Digital, Operations and Finance teams, external partners and participating franchisees. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings commercial judgment, attention to detail and the ability to keep people and projects moving.

What you will do

- Develop partnership plans and a pipeline of opportunities aligned with approved brand priorities and budgets. Evaluate proposals for audience fit, reach, commercial value, cost and potential return on investment.

- Build business cases and commercial recommendations. Support negotiations on investment, deliverables, exclusivity, usage rights and contractual terms within delegated authority and established approval processes.

- Serve as the primary contact for assigned partners. Lead planning meetings, agree on objectives and timelines, manage commitments, and identify opportunities to improve, expand or renew relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of agreements, rights and restrictions, deliverables, budgets, and renewal or cancellation deadlines. Track fulfillment and promptly raise missed obligations or material risks.

- Plan and coordinate integrated activations across digital, social, in-store, experiential, community and traditional media channels, including promotions, contests, events and sponsorships.

- Brief Creative and Digital teams and external agencies, coordinate partner approvals and event logistics, and manage campaign timelines through established production and channel workflows. Ensure partnership assets and messaging follow Panago’s brand standards and support broader brand campaigns and marketing objectives.

- Work with Operations, Business Coaches and participating franchisees to confirm store readiness, responsibilities, funding and fulfillment requirements before activations launch.

- Manage approved partnership budgets, track rights fees, activation costs and in-kind contributions, and coordinate invoices and reconciliations with Finance.

- Set performance measures before launch and report on results, such as engagement, reach, promotional redemptions, customer acquisition and sales. Distinguish attributable results from broader brand indicators and recommend improvements, renewals or exits based on value delivered.

What you bring

- Three to five years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorships, integrated marketing, account management or business development.

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Demonstrated success managing external relationships and coordinating marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

- Experience evaluating partnership proposals, managing budgets and translating campaign performance into practical recommendations.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines, changing priorities and detailed execution.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across internal teams and external partners.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with project management, reporting and marketing platforms is an asset.

- Experience with a multi-location consumer brand, franchise network or quick-service restaurant business is an asset.

- Availability for occasional evening and weekend events and travel within Canada.
