Infinity Replacement by Marvin is hiring sales professionals to meet with pre-qualified homeowners who have already requested a consultation. You’ll represent premium window and door solutions backed by the Marvin name, with uncapped commission potential and no cold calling required.

- Meet with homeowners who have requested an in-home consultation
- Understand their needs and recommend customized window and door solutions
- Deliver compelling product presentations and proposals
- Confidently overcome objections and close business
- Build relationships that drive referrals and repeat opportunities
- Manage your appointments and pipeline to maximize results

Sales experience is preferred, but we’re also interested in individuals with a strong track record of success in customer-facing, goal-driven environments. Experience in in-home sales, B2C sales, home improvement, automotive, retail, or other consultative sales environments can translate well.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Flexibility to meet customers based on appointment schedules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
