Guest Services Attendant

The Phoenician Golf Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ , is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Services Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots

- Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning

- Assist in educating players regarding the game

- Direct start of play when necessary

- Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs

- Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return

- Assist with food and beverage activities

- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance

- Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

- One month of related experience or training

Other Qualifications:

- Regular and reliable attendance
