Position Specific Description
Qualifying candidate should have 3-5 years’ experience in a command center, control center, operations center or emergency dispatch environment, prior law enforcement, military, or other relevant security experience. Strong personal computing skills are a must, to include Microsoft Office related programs, familiarity with Internet, databases, and networks. Good organizational skills, with an emphasis on multi-tasking and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor and sound judgment under stressful situations while clearly and accurately communicating incident specific details in both written and verbal formats. The position requires shift work, rotating shifts (shifts change every 6 months).
