Your Impact as a Sales Operations Intern

As a Sales Operations Intern at NCR Voyix, you will gain hands-on exposure to the data, processes, and strategic initiatives that enable sales performance and revenue growth. Working alongside sales, operations, and business leaders, you will support initiatives tha t   strengthen operational   execution and   accelerate go-to-market success.

What You'll Do

Starting Week 1, you will take ownership of a meaningful project while   participating   in   professional development, networking events, and cohort experiences   designed to strengthen your business acumen and leadership skills. Throughout the summer, you will receive   mentorship from experienced professionals ,   engage in speaker sessions with NCR Voyix's global executive leadership team , and gain insight into career paths within Sales Operations. The experience culminates at our   Internship Expo , where you will present your project,   showcase   your impact, and engage with leaders from across the organization.

- Solve business challenges   by applying critical thinking skills,   utilizing   appropriate resources ,   identifying   root causes, and driving issues to resolution.

- Improve sales effectiveness   through reporting and analysis of financial, operational, and   people   metrics for the Retail organization.

- Strengthen data quality   by reviewing key data elements and supporting ongoing hygiene and improvement efforts across central databases.

- Increase pipeline visibility   through funnel analysis, trend identification, and the development of regular funnel review processes.

- Support go-to-market execution   by collaborating with cross-functional teams on sales and business initiatives.

- Drive growth initiatives through sales enablement and go-to-market strategy projects.

Requirements

- Demonstrated interest in sales operations, business analytics, revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, or related business functions

- Currently pursuing a   bachelor's degree in Business , Economics, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 202 8

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into business recommendations

- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder partnership skills, with the ability to communicate across diverse audiences and manage multiple priorities

- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and learning agility, with the ability to adapt quickly, apply feedback, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and   proficiency   with Microsoft Excel; experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence tools preferred
