About this role

Job Description:

Client Success Manager – Financial Services
DXC Technology | London | Hybrid Working

Ready to take the next step in your career?

At DXC Technology, we’re looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Client Success Manager to join our Financial Services business.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has already built a strong foundation in client management, account management, consulting, service delivery or technology services and is now looking for an opportunity to broaden their experience, take on greater responsibility and accelerate their career.

We’re not necessarily looking for someone who has already done every aspect of the role. We’re interested in potential, ambition, curiosity and drive. Someone who can build strong relationships, understands the importance of delivering for the client and has the commercial mindset to recognise where we can bring greater value.

Working within a major Financial Services client, you’ll play an important role in developing the relationship, understanding the client’s priorities and bringing together capabilities from across DXC to deliver meaningful outcomes and create opportunities for growth.

The Role

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll become a trusted point of contact for the client, working closely with Client Partners, delivery teams and specialists across DXC.

You’ll combine client relationship management, commercial awareness and delivery oversight, helping ensure we deliver against our commitments while continually looking for ways to strengthen and grow the partnership.

You’ll gain exposure to a broad portfolio of capabilities across Consulting, Applications, Data and AI, giving you the opportunity to develop your commercial knowledge and build your experience within a global technology organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Build and develop trusted relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business, priorities, challenges and future objectives.
- Take ownership of the client experience, ensuring we deliver against our commitments and proactively address issues or risks.
- Work closely with Client Partners and delivery teams to support revenue, margin, forecasting and overall account performance.
- Identify opportunities to grow the relationship and increase the value DXC delivers.
- Use a consultative approach to turn client challenges into potential opportunities.
- Help develop smaller engagements into broader, longer-term transformation programmes.
- Bring together the right people and capabilities from across Consulting, Applications, Data and AI to develop compelling client solutions.
- Contribute to strategic account planning and help shape the future direction of the client relationship.
- Build your own commercial capability, client network and profile as you develop within the role.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with strong foundations and the ambition to develop further. You may currently be working in Client Success, Account Management, Service Delivery, Consulting or another client-facing technology role and feel ready for your next challenge.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Experience working within Financial Services.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder-management skills.
- A good understanding of technology, consulting or professional services.
- Commercial awareness and an interest in developing your knowledge of revenue, margin, forecasting and account growth.
- The confidence to identify opportunities and have commercially focused conversations with clients.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to bring different teams together.
- Curiosity, initiative and the confidence to challenge established thinking.
- Resilience and adaptability when working through complex client situations.
- A genuine growth mindset, with the motivation to learn, develop and take on increasing responsibility.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and ready to progress.

You don’t need 20 years of experience or to tick every box. If you’ve built strong foundations and are looking for the opportunity to stretch yourself, gain greater client exposure and develop your commercial career, we’d really like to hear from you.

Why Join DXC?

This role offers the chance to work with a major Financial Services client while developing your experience across some of the most exciting areas of technology and transformation.

You’ll work alongside experienced Client Partners, consultants, engineers and technology specialists, giving you the opportunity to learn from established colleagues while building your own expertise and reputation.

We’re looking for the future stars of our business, people who have the potential and ambition to grow with us.

If you’re commercially curious, relationship-driven and looking for a role where you can make an impact today while continuing to develop for tomorrow, this could be a great next step.
