Custodian - TSMC Phoenix
Verde Clean is seeking reliable and motivated Custodians to support our operations at TSMC in Phoenix, Arizona . In this role, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while supporting our commitment to sustainability, safety, and exceptional service.
Available Shifts
- Sunday-Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.00/HR
- Wednesday-Saturday, 8:00 PM - 6:30 AM | $18.00/HR
Office Cleaning Team
- Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, and restrooms.
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and disinfect surfaces.
- Restock supplies and empty trash receptacles.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Essential Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms and common areas.
- Wipe and sanitize desks, counters, and high-touch surfaces.
- Remove trash and debris.
- Restock facility supplies.
- Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Answer and respond to phone calls in a professional and timely manner as needed.
Qualifications
- Janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
- Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
- Must be able to answer and respond to phone calls professionally.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including active construction areas and office settings.
