Meaningful Daytime Care | Cooking, Companionship & Light Personal Care

Location: Holy Cross, New Vienna, Guttenberg and Edgewood Territories
Schedule: Daytime shifts, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, seven-day coverage needed, evening shifts from 5pm to 9pm
Hours: Full-time and part-time availability considered based on staffing needs

Pay & Benefits

Competitive Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hour

We're seeking dependable, compassionate Care Professionals for daytime opportunities in the Holy Cross area.

What You'll Do

- Prepare and cook meals based on client preferences.

- Provide friendly companionship and meaningful conversation.

- Give medication reminders according to the care plan.

- Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and transportation.

- Provide light personal care, including shower supervision.

- Respect established household routines and client independence.

- Communicate care updates and complete accurate shift documentation.

What We're Looking For

- Dependable attendance and punctuality, including early morning starts.

- Valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and current auto insurance.

- Comfort driving to a rural location and providing transportation.

- Confidence with everyday cooking and meal preparation.

- Comfort providing light personal care and shower supervision.

- A warm, respectful, patient approach to older adults.

- Strong communication skills and willingness to follow an individualized care plan.

Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
