The Opportunity

Join our field operations team and help turn project information into actionable insights. Work with experienced superintendents to track labor productivity, monitor job costs, and improve reporting. You will also help implement Procore across our field operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology, data analysis, problem-solving, and making processes better.

What You’ll Do

- Track labor hours, installed quantities, and productivity against estimated project budgets.

- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, job cost summaries, and production reports.

- Help implement Procore and train field staff to use it effectively.

- Work with superintendents to collect and verify jobsite production information.

- Assist with material cost tracking, recruiting, onboarding, and training/safety scheduling.

- Visit jobsites regularly to support accurate field reporting.

What We’re Looking For

- Associate degree or higher in business, construction management, IT, accounting, or a related field.

- Strong computer and Microsoft Excel skills; excellent attention to detail.

- Analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to learn software quickly and work independently.

- Procore, advanced Excel, and construction experience are preferred, not required.

Construction experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train a motivated candidate with strong technical skills.
