About this role
One Federal Solution seeks an Executive Officer to lead our HQ Services program. You will be the company's senior leader on the contract and the authorized point of contact for government managers and customer agency representatives.
Task and Duties:
- Serve as the company's executive leader and authorized interface with government management and customer agency representatives
- Oversee the entire HQ Services program
- Develop and carry out strategic plans that align program objectives with the customer's mission and goals
- Lead program staff and manage day-to-day operations for efficiency and effectiveness
- Drive risk management, innovation, and quality management across the program
Qualifications and Requirements:
- At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems
- Master's degree in a related field, or 12 years of relevant experience in place of the degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
