We are a multi-disciplinary team of innovators that work passionately to apply new advances in robotics and software to solve real-world issues that will transform our customers’ experiences in ways we can’t even imagine yet. We will give you the tools and support you need to invent with us in ways that are rewarding, fulfilling and fun.
Global Robotics Delivery is seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed, and technically deep Integration Solution Architect to own the design and delivery of enterprise integration solutions across Amazon Robotics' ERP and business application landscape.
• Lead integration architecture design across ERP platforms (SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle EBS) and adjacent systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process orchestration across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Procurement domains.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware technologies, APIs, and data transformation frameworks is essential.
• Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to assess integration needs, evaluate solution alternatives, and build a scalable integration roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Design and document end-to-end integration blueprints, interface specifications, and data mapping strategies with clear, measurable success criteria.
• Define integration standards, governance frameworks, and reusable patterns that accelerate delivery and reduce technical debt across the portfolio.
• Drive Build vs. Buy vs. Borrow decisions for integration capabilities, evaluating middleware platforms, custom development, and managed services for optimal customer experience and total cost of ownership.
• Analyze integration performance, identify bottlenecks, and lead initiatives that drive reliability, scalability, and process improvements.
• Present architecture reviews, solution demos, status updates, and risk/mitigation strategies to all levels of leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure all stakeholders are well informed of integration design decisions, dependencies, and program milestones.
• Foster an inclusive culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Key job responsibilities
Integration Vision & Strategy
• Own the end-to-end integration architecture vision and multi-year roadmap for Amazon Robotics' business applications ecosystem, defining what to integrate, when to deliver, and how to measure success.
• Develop and maintain architecture narratives, PR/FAQs, and technical design documents that articulate the strategic direction for enterprise integrations, securing alignment across multiple leadership organizations.
• Leveraging Internal middleware platforms, evaluating when to leverage native connectors, custom APIs, or third-party solutions for optimal reliability and scalability.
• Define integration tenets and architectural principles that guide trade-off decisions across the ERP portfolio (spanning SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle EBS, and adjacent platforms).
• Influence technical priorities through data-driven contributions, ensuring engineering efforts align with the highest-value integration outcomes.
Technical Design & Delivery
• Design enterprise integration solutions encompassing real-time APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven architectures, and data replication strategies across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Define interface specifications, data mapping standards, error handling frameworks, and monitoring strategies that ensure reliability, traceability, and operational excellence.
• Partner with engineering teams to translate integration designs into deliverable work packages with clear acceptance criteria, dependency maps, and testing strategies.
• Conduct architecture reviews and technical deep dives to ensure integration solutions meet security, compliance, and performance requirements.
Customer Understanding & Domain Expertise
• Serve as the Voice of the Customer for integration stakeholders across Amazon Robotics, embedding directly with business and technology teams to understand workflows, data dependencies, and pain points.
• Translate complex business process requirements, data governance standards, and regulatory controls into clear integration specifications and prioritized capabilities.
• Conduct technical discovery through direct engagement with end users and system owners — mapping current-state integrations, identifying fragility, and synthesizing insights across diverse domains (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement).
Stakeholder Alignment & Influence
• Align integration strategy across multiple leadership organizations, influencing without authority to drive shared architectural outcomes.
• Collaborate with peer Solution Architects and PMTs owning adjacent domains (Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement & Logistics) to ensure coordinated, end-to-end integration solutions across the ERP portfolio.
• Present integration architecture, roadmap updates, and investment proposals to AR leadership through clear narratives and business reviews.
• Partner with engineering, business teams, and operations to prioritize integration solutions that maximize customer value while balancing delivery constraints and technical debt reduction.
