What You’ll Do:
No two days are the same, but here is what you can expect to do on the job:
• Learn the trade: Get hands-on training with modern restoration equipment and industry best practices.
• Help clean up: Handle everyday tasks like demolition, extracting water, cleaning up fire debris, and mold remediation.
• Prep the job site: Get sites ready for cleanup, set up equipment, and keep work areas organized.
• Maintain the gear: Keep work trucks stocked, clean, and ready to head out to a job.
• Work safely: Follow basic safety rules to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
• Finish the job: Leave work sites clean, tidy, and ready for the next steps.
• Be a team player: Show up on time, communicate clearly with your crew, and bring a good attitude.

What we’re looking for: 
• Dependability: A solid work ethic, punctuality, and a positive, ready-to-hustle attitude.
• Team-player mentality: Collaborate with teammates and bring a positive energy
• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record is highly preferred.
• Reliable Rides: You need steady transportation to get to and from work.
• Flexibility: We’re a 24/7 emergency service, so you’ll need to be part of a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays, and help with large-loss and storm recovery efforts, including local and overnight travel when needed.

This is a physical, active job. You will be moving all day and need to be comfortable with:
• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and handling heavy equipment.
• Working in tight spaces (like crawlspaces) or high places.
• Working around water, fire debris, dust, and standard cleaning solutions.
• You must be capable of working in water and/or fire damage environment.
