Make a meaningful difference every day as an Adult Care Assistant/ Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with our PACE team in Baton Rouge. Working in the participants' homes, you'll provide hands-on personal care and support daily needs. Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid, unrestricted Louisiana Driver’s License and reliable transportation? ⭐ Monday–Friday daytime schedule
⭐ No nights, every other weekend
⭐ $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates

⭐ Supportive interdisciplinary team
In the participant's home or at the Center, performs Participant Care Activities and Personal Care and other tasks as assigned to assist the nursing staff.
Experience - One year of C.N.A. or Personal Care experience working with frail/elderly population
Education - HS Diploma or Equivalent
Training - CNA course involving training with care of elderly
Special Skills - Must meet all qualifications of a FMOLHS approved driver
Licensure/Certification: BLS Certification, CNA Certification
