POSITION NOTE: This position is being offered at a TEMPORARY assignment at Nordstrom. The expected duration of this temporary assignment is from 10/26/2026 to 12/04/2026, subject to change based on the needs of the business. The position will end at the conclusion of the assignment.

WORK LOCATION : This position is located at Nordstrom's downtown Seattle headquarters and follows a hybrid work model, with four days in the office and one remote workday each week.

Project Scope: This temporary Technical Designer will help cover all technical design responsibilities for the Men’s Young Customer (Nordstrom Made brands).

Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with design partners on tech pack handoffs
- Spec'ing samples and prepping for fittings
- Conducting fittings and taking fit notes
- Sending fit comments to vendors and answering vendor emails
- Reviewing PP and TOP samples

You own this if you have…

- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Technical Design or related field
- A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Apparel Design, Apparel Manufacturing, Pattern Making or related field or equivalent industry experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear, effective written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
$80,000.00 - $132,000.00 Annual
