Infisical is the open source security infrastructure platform that engineers use for secrets management, certificates, and privileged access management. We help developers and organizations securely manage billions of secrets every month including application configuration, database credentials, certificates, and more.

We’ve raised $19M from Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, and our customers include Hugging Face, OpenRouter, LG, and NVIDIA.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to work alongside our co-founder and CEO, Vlad, to help drive Infisical’s most important priorities forward.

This is a high-impact role spanning every part of the business, where you’ll work closely with Vlad and teams across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations. You’ll play a critical role in extending Vlad’s leverage and making sure his time goes to what matters most, from owning his calendar and inbox to leading analytics, market exploration, community building, company-wide processes, offsite and event planning, etc.,

You’ll be working directly with Vlad and the leadership team on:

- Owning the company’s weekly operating cadence, including organizing all-hands.
- Taking on special projects, research, and confidential tasks across the company, and doing whatever it takes to get them over the finish line.
- Running analyses, data pulls, and scraping projects to answer business questions and inform decisions.
- Owning ad-hoc operational and urgent tasks including meeting prep, triaging what matters, drafting responses, and protecting focus time so nothing urgent falls through the cracks.
- Getting hands-on with new technologies and products, and mapping markets to spot emerging opportunities for Infisical.
- Running events end-to-end, from company offsites to internal/external dinners.
- Managing our SF office and helping with new offices that we open up around the world.
- Building and improving processes across the company, using AI tools to make work faster and more efficient.

Overall, you’re going to be one of the defining pieces of our team as we scale to tens of thousands of customers over the next 18 months.

Requirements

- Technical enough to deeply understand what we build, with the “founder EQ” to connect with engineers and makers.
- Highly process-oriented and comfortable vibe coding, and scraping data to improve how work gets done.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a genuine love for technology and startups and an ambition to do great things.
- Low ego, high ownership, and a strong eye for detail: no goal is too big and no task too small.
- Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
- Excited to work on-site in our San Francisco office.

Bonus

- Experience supporting a founder or executive at an early-stage startup.
- Experience at a B2B SaaS or developer tools startup.
- Background in consulting, paired with a genuine interest in developer tools.
- Experience planning events and offsites, running office operations, or building communities in tech.
