About the Role: We're looking for an exceptional Senior Program Manager to lead and scale high-impact programs across the organization. This role combines strategic leadership with operational execution to drive the growth and success of complex, cross-functional initiatives while ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and workstreams.

Key job responsibilities
Strategic Operations Leadership • Lead the design and execution of large-scale programs across multiple business units and geographies • Develop and execute integration strategies across cross-functional teams and operational workstreams • Design and implement scalable operational frameworks focusing on efficiency and cost optimization • Create and manage performance measurement systems to track program success and business impact

Program Development & Execution • Own end-to-end strategy development and execution for complex, multi-phase programs • Drive program expansion and optimization to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs • Develop comprehensive onboarding processes, playbooks, and growth strategies for new initiatives • Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program effectiveness • Lead initiatives to enhance customer and stakeholder experience through improved operational capabilities

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration • Build and maintain strong partnerships across Operations, Product, Technology, and Business teams • Manage multiple concurrent projects and initiatives across diverse stakeholder groups • Ensure alignment between program objectives, operational capabilities, and business requirements • Drive continuous improvement across the program lifecycle and value chain

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
