About this role

ROLE SUMMARY

The Carrier Manager (CM) activates trucking
organizations onto the REPOWR platform. This is a relationship-driven role
focused on turning newly contracted carriers into active, repeat participants
who book trailers, drive reservations, and add to marketplace liquidity.

The role calls for strong
relationship-building skills and a real understanding of how carriers operate
and make decisions. Success is measured by how quickly contracted carriers
reach their first reservation and how consistently they transact over time.

The CM works closely with account management,
internal operations, and the Director of Customer Success to keep carrier activation
and retention aligned with supply availability and marketplace priorities.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Platform Activation & First Reservation

• Own the activation
phase for newly contracted carriers, driving each to a first confirmed
reservation as quickly as possible.

• Provide platform
guidance, answer operational questions, and remove friction that delays a
carrier's first transaction.

• Prioritize
activation on low-grade listings (C, D, and F), where first reservations
generate the highest marketplace impact and revenue.

• Track activation
status for every new carrier and proactively manage stalled accounts.

2. Ongoing Carrier Engagement & Utilization

• Maintain regular
outreach with active carriers to encourage repeat reservations and consistent
platform use.

• Monitor booking
frequency, reservation patterns, and engagement trends across the assigned
carrier base.

• Identify
underutilizing carriers and build targeted outreach to increase their
participation.

• Review supply
updates, available listings, and marketplace opportunities to drive incremental
bookings.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work with account
management to keep carrier demand aligned with trailer supply across active
listings.

• Partner with
internal operations to resolve platform issues, credentialing questions, and
reservation support needs.

• Surface recurring
carrier objections, friction points, and platform feedback to the Director of
Customer Success to inform process and product improvements.

• Participate in team
operating rhythms and performance check-ins to maintain accountability and
visibility.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES

• High activation
rates, with newly contracted carriers completing their first reservation
quickly and consistently.

• Increased
reservation volume on listings, improving supply utilization and marketplace
liquidity.

• A disciplined, proactive
engagement cadence with consistent follow-through across the assigned carrier
base.

• Deepening carrier
engagement over time, reflected in repeat reservations and rising booking
frequency per carrier.

• Strong
cross-functional alignment with account management and operations, keeping
carrier demand matched to available supply.
