1) Purpose of Role
Provide reliable material handling, site housekeeping, and task assistance to keep crews productive and safe.
2) Scope & Decision Rights
Work from daily direction; make routine choices about staging and cleanup; escalate hazards and conflicts.
3) Essential Duties and Standards
- Move materials, tools, and small equipment; maintain clean, organized work areas.
- Assist with basic tasks (measuring, fasteners, layout help) under supervision.
- Follow PPE/housekeeping standards and daily huddles/JSAs.
- Support photo/labeling tasks as directed.
4) Critical Competencies (must-demonstrate)
- Dependability and pace.
- Basic communication and teamwork.
- Care in handling materials and site cleanliness.
5) Qualifications
- Entry-level; construction experience preferred.
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction
required .
- Able to lift 50+ lbs.; work outdoors/at heights.
- Valid driver’s license.
6) Performance Measure Buckets
- Timely staging and cleanup.
- Safety/housekeeping quality.
- Support to crews: responsiveness and accuracy.
