Director, Product Management – Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM)

About the Role:

CrowdStrike's Proactive Security portfolio helps customers continuously find, prioritize, validate, and reduce risk across endpoint, cloud, identity, and network domains. We are seeking a Director of Product Management to own the product strategy for Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) across the Falcon platform.

The Asset and Risk Platforms are the foundational data layer of this portfolio. They provides the canonical asset inventory, enrichment pipelines, and graph infrastructure behind Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Identity capabilities. As Director, you will be accountable for the Platform and for the capabilities built on it.

You will lead a team of product managers, and act as the senior product voice for CTEM with executives, customers, partners, and industry analysts. You will work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver a platform that is a durable competitive advantage.

This role is hybrid, on-site at one of the posted locations. Candidates should be comfortable visiting the office twice a week once the development center is established.

What You'll Do:

- Define and own the multi-year CTEM strategy, vision, and portfolio roadmap, including the Asset and Risk Platform and adjacent Proactive Security capabilities
- Lead, coach, and grow a team of product managers. Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for outcomes.
- Recruit and retain top product talent, build succession depth, and shape the team structure as the portfolio grows
- Set investment priorities and make trade-offs across the portfolio. Align roadmaps, resourcing, and dependencies with engineering and product leadership across Proactive Security
- Serve as an executive voice with enterprise customers, partners, and industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC). Represent CTEM in analyst evaluations and executive briefings.
- Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success on positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market for the CTEM portfolio
- Define and track portfolio-level business and product metrics, such as adoption, retention, revenue impact, platform health, API usage, and data quality
- Evaluate and drive build, buy, and partner decisions, including third-party integration strategy and ecosystem partnerships
- Build a culture of customer obsession, data-driven decisions, and disciplined execution across the PM organization

What You'll Need:

- 10+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, including 5+ years in Exposure Management, Vulnerability Management, Asset Management, Cloud Security, or closely related markets
- 3+ years of people management experience leading product managers, including managing senior or principal-level ICs. Experience managing managers is a plus.
- Track record of owning strategy and outcomes for a multi-product or platform portfolio, not a single product
- Deep understanding of CTEM, CAASM, and attack surface management concepts, and of the challenges of consolidating asset and exposure data from heterogeneous sources
- Strong domain experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cloud security concepts, and asset discovery and normalization at scale
- Demonstrated ability to influence across a large, matrixed organization and align executive stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience presenting to senior executives and engaging with customers and industry analysts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex platform concepts for executive, technical, and go-to-market audiences
- Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive business outcomes. Experience shaping AI-native or agentic product experiences is strongly preferred.
- BS degree in an applicable field; MBA or Master's preferred

Bonus Points:

- Experience with graph databases, data lakes, and modern data architectures relevant to security telemetry at scale
- Experience with adversary emulation, breach and attack simulation, or exposure validation
- Experience scaling a product organization through rapid growth or a reorganization
