About this role
Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. Bring passion and dedication to your job and there's no telling what you could accomplish.
The ACE team within AppleCare Engineering ensures every Apple product meets the highest standards of repairability — from concept through end of life. We work at the intersection of product design, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing, shaping how millions of devices will be serviced worldwide. We're seeking a Service Architecture Engineer to evaluate hardware designs for serviceability and drive technical improvements that reduce repair time and complexity.
In this role, you will conduct repairability assessments at key product milestones, partner with design teams to improve serviceability, and develop repair procedures that enable efficient, high-quality service. You'll work across iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, and Vision product lines — seeing products before they launch and influencing decisions that affect how they're repaired for years to come.
The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of running multiple simultaneous projects, communicating results to peers, leadership, and 3rd parties. The person filling this position will be a hands-on, focused, and self-motivated engineer with excellent technical and organizational skills, and a strong desire to succeed in a challenging environment.
