Job Description:

Job description
The Manager/Senior Manager - Digital Analyst, Asia is a hands-on analytics specialist responsible for digital performance analysis, behavioral analytics, reporting solutions and measurement improvement across Adobe Analytics, marketing platforms and raw data sources.

The role investigates performance movements, data anomalies, tracking issues and trends, then translates analysis into clear insights, practical recommendations and measurement improvements.

Responsibilities:

- Performance Analysis & Insights: Build and enhance digital behavioral analytics across Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics included), websites, organic, brand, performance marketing, CRM, client, UX, selected social listening and Online-to-Offline funnel data. Analyze user behavior, traffic, engagement, conversion, drop-offs, competitor data, lead indicators and market trends using relevant platform data, segments, calculated metrics, attribution and funnel views. Translate findings into clear insights, reporting inputs, risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
- Deep-Dive Diagnostics: Conduct deep-dive investigations when dashboards or reports are insufficient, using raw exports, platform files, connector outputs and joined datasets to identify root causes of performance changes, conversion trends, tracking issues, anomalies, risks and opportunities. Apply trend analysis, segmentation, cohort views, variance checks and practical statistical techniques to surface patterns not visible in standard reporting.
- Reporting & KPI Enablement: Create ad hoc reports, dashboard views and repeatable analytical templates using Adobe Analytics, Excel Reports, BI tools and AWS Quick Sight, incorporating selected data where relevant. Design KPI frameworks, lead-indicator views, calculated metrics and visualizations that help markets and regional leaders monitor performance drivers, competitor signals and funnel movement beyond static reporting.
- Measurement Governance: Support data quality and measurement governance for marketing analytics by defining, validating and troubleshooting Adobe Analytics data points, tagging logic, taxonomy, KPI definitions, classifications, attribution assumptions and funnel rules with Digital Analytics, MarTech, Data & Analytics, IT, agencies and market teams.

Preferred skills:

Digital Analytics, Web Analytics & Measurement Design

- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Analytics and Analysis Workspace, plus familiarity with broader MarTech, web analytics, survey, ad platform, BI and social listening data sources such as Marketo, Adobe Target, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads, Qualtrics and Sprinklr where relevant.
- Ability to design practical KPI frameworks for digital marketing, website behavior, CRM journeys, lead indicators, competitor data and O2O conversion paths.
- Able to partner with Client Experience & Marketing, MarTech, Data & Analytics, AI and IT teams to define tracking needs, validate implementation and improve measurement reliability.

Analytical Methods, Quality Assurance & Insight Generation

- Strong analytical problem-solving skills to investigate performance changes, data anomalies, tracking issues, conversion trends and pipeline movement.
- Experience working with, or supporting, Tealium or Google Tag Manager tagging implementations managed by Digital, MarTech or agency teams. Able to validate tracking, identify data issues and explain likely causes.
- Ability to apply trend, variance, segmentation, cohort, funnel, attribution and practical statistical techniques to identify patterns, opportunities and risks.
- Strong data QA capability, including source-to-output checks, reconciliation, anomaly detection, assumptions documentation and issue follow-through.
- Able to translate technical findings into clear analytical outputs and practical recommendations.

Data Science, Analytical Modeling & Decision Support

- Uses Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight or similar tools to explore data, test hypotheses, surface lead indicators and generate insights beyond dashboard production.
- Advanced Excel and data preparation skills, including cleaning, reconciliation, lookups, pivots, templates, quality checks and diagnostic views.
- Understands metric hierarchy, analytical storytelling and visualization design for analyst and senior business audiences.

Raw Data, Analytics Engineering & Automation

- Comfortable using raw exports, platform files, connector outputs and joined datasets when dashboards are insufficient.
- Programming capability preferred, especially Python or similar languages for preparing, joining, validating and analyzing marketing, web, CRM and funnel data.
- Experience with APIs, connectors preferred for repeatable reporting and analysis workflows.
- Automation mindset, including scripts, connectors, Copilot or AI-assisted tools to reduce manual effort while maintaining analytical quality.

Candidate Profile

- Hands-on practitioner with depth in marketing analytics, web analytics and BI, plus elements of analytics engineering and light data science.
- Keen problem solver, comfortable moving between raw data, dashboards, statistical analysis, technical troubleshooting and clear analytical communication.
- Manager/Senior Manager individual contributor focused on technical analytics delivery, measurement quality and insight generation, not broad partner, stakeholder management or platform ownership.

Qualifications:

- 7-10 years of experience in data science, digital analytics, web and marketing analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, marketing measurement or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, data science, marketing analytics, information systems, computer science or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics or comparable digital analytics platforms, including dashboard/project creation, segmentation, calculated metrics, attribution analysis, funnel analysis and reporting QA.
- Strong experience building reporting and insight solutions in Adobe Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Amazon Quick Sight or similar tools, with experience working across raw exports, joined datasets.
- Programming or scripting experience preferred, including Python, scripts, queries, notebooks, Copilot or repeatable workflows to prepare data, validate outputs and improve recurring analysis.
- Practical understanding of statistical analysis, trend analysis, cohorts, segmentation, attribution, marketing measurement and funnel diagnostics.

- Experience preparing analytical commentary, campaign readouts, reporting inputs or performance review materials preferred.
- Diagnosing performance by connecting media spend, traffic, CRM journeys, lead indicators, competitor data, lead quality, pipeline movement and offline conversions.
- Reconciling data from multiple systems and identifying whether issues are caused by tracking, source data, business process gaps or reporting definitions.
- Balancing speed and accuracy when producing reporting, while clearly flagging assumptions, limitations and data quality risks.
- Turning performance questions into analytics approaches, KPI definitions and recommended actions.

- Researching practical options such as connectors, APIs, access routes or reporting processes where additional data is needed.
