Your role Key responsibilities in your new role

- Lead Test Technology and Innovation projects aligned with the InfineonTest Roadmap, from initiation through implementation and closure
- Own end-to-end execution of roadmap and segment test-cell projects, ensuring agreed scope, quality, schedule, and business outcomes
- Develop and control project plans, budgets, headcount, operating expenses, capital investment, milestones, and resource requirements
- Make operational project decisions and prepare clear, evidence-based milestone recommendations for the relevant approval bodies
- Lead cross-functional, international project teams across business divisions, Operations, IT, R&D, and other partner functions
- Apply project-management methods and tools to structure work, monitor progress, manage dependencies, control changes, and mitigate risks
- Resolve complex technical and organizational issues by applying strong analytical judgment and facilitating innovative solutions
- Manage external partners, subcontractors, and equipment or material suppliers to meet contractual, technical, quality, and delivery commitments
- Provide transparent status reporting and stakeholder communication, escalating critical risks and decisions promptly while building trusted partnerships
- Ensure projects comply with applicable quality, environmental, health and safety, business-conduct, corporate-social-responsibility, and training requirements

Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline
- At least 6 years of relevant industry experience; semiconductor test-technology exposure is strongly preferred
- More than 4 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment
