About this role

COMPANY OVERVIEW

We exist to make food the world loves. But we do more than that. Our company is a place that prioritizes being a force for good, a place to expand learning, explore new perspectives and reimagine new possibilities, every day. We look for people who want to bring their best — bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. Because becoming the undisputed leader in food means surrounding ourselves with people who are hungry for what’s next.

## About the Role

As the Supply Chain & Logistics Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day execution of Taiwan’s supply chain and logistics operations. You will coordinate orders, deliveries, inventory movements, import activities, and related transactions to help ensure products are delivered accurately and on time.

This role works closely with internal teams, warehouses, logistics providers, customs brokers, and other external partners. It is an opportunity to build broad experience across supply chain operations in a well-established consumer goods organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activities and follow up on assigned operational tasks.
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate transactions and master data in SAP and other internal systems.
- Work with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support timely order fulfillment, deliveries, returns, and stock transfers.
- Support inventory and warehouse activities, including checking records and following up on discrepancies.
- Assist with import shipments, customs documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Help monitor stock availability and coordinate with relevant teams on delivery schedules to support customer demand and delivery timelines.
- Assist with invoice processing, reconciliation, and month-end activities, escalating issues when needed.

Qualifications

- Associate degree or above; a background in logistics, supply chain, or business is preferred.
- Around 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, order processing, inventory, import/export, or supply chain support. Experience in any of these areas is welcome; you do not need experience in all of them.
- Comfortable using Excel and handling routine data and documentation. SAP or other ERP experience is a plus.
- Organized, attentive to detail, and able to follow up on daily tasks.
- A collaborative approach, clear communication, and willingness to learn.
- Fluency in English is a plus.

ELIGIBILITY

Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
