With a culture of genuine care, a flexible approach to work and opportunities across the group to grow your career and make a meaningful impact, the possibilities for what we can achieve together are endless.

What you'll do

As a Team Coordinator, you'll provide vital administrative, logistical, and operational support across our high-performing transformation portfolio. In this role, you'll work closely with our Executive Assistant, offering you a fantastic foundation to stretch your capabilities, adapt to new challenges, and actively grow your career.

This is a dynamic, newly created position where you'll keep our teams connected, organised, and running smoothly. While the day-to-day work is focused on essential tactical and administrative delivery, the fast-paced nature of our environment means your responsibilities will evolve, giving you the space to take on new challenges as the team grows.

- Calendar & Event Management: Support the coordination of calendars and schedules for leaders across the portfolio, managing logistics for workshops, hybrid meetings, and cross-functional forums.
- Onboarding & Team Operations: Support seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for team members, where needed.
- Travel & Event Logistics: Coordinate travel arrangements and support the planning of team events, offsites, and alignment sessions.
- Financial Administration: Support everyday financial tasks, including raising purchase orders, tracking invoices (via SAP).
- Information Management: Maintain shared Google Drive folders, distribution lists, and operational trackers to keep team information organised and accessible.
- Problem Solving & Support: Act as the go-to person for everyday administrative queries and technology troubleshooting, using a practical approach to resolve roadblocks quickly.

Please note, this is a 12 month fixed-term contract and a hybrid role across our Surry Hills / Bella Vista offices.

What you'll bring

- Administrative Foundation: Experience in administration, team support, or coordination roles, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive, "can-do" approach with a strong desire to learn, adapt to changing priorities, and take on broader tasks over time.
- Organisational Skills: Superb attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple small tasks and administrative deadlines.
- Digital Literacy: Strong comfort using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and an appetite to pick up internal enterprise systems (like SAP or SuccessFactors).
- Communication & Collaboration: Great communication skills and a natural ability to build positive working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-Solving Ability: A practical, agile mindset focused on finding simple, efficient ways to help the team work better together.

What you’ll experience

- A business with endless career possibilities and across every discipline – with valuable exposure to a vast and exciting business network.
- Access to Sonder. Sonder provides free confidential 24/7 personalised financial, medical safety, psychological or physical support for team members and their families.
- A progressive and competitive leave policy that gives you more space for what matters to you.
- Team discounts across our range of Woolworths Group brands you know and love and a robust rewards program that celebrates and incentivises purpose-driven work.
- Opportunity to Salary Sacrifice, enabling team members to purchase selected eligible items or services from pre-tax salary. Can be used for novated leases, superannuation contributions, Qantas Club membership, computing devices etc.
