Major Responsibilities
- Processing and tailoring daily orders are completed.
- Daily maintenance and calibration of machinery and equipment.
- Production data recording and yield control.
- 5S and environmental maintenance.
Key Deliverables (the main deliverables expected in the first 18-24 months)
- The number of lens OEM that achieves the daily production target.
- The quality inspection of finished OEM products.
- The handling of abnormalities in OEM operations.
Qualifications
- Education: College degree.
- Experience: 1+ years’ experience in Cut & Edge experience (on-job training is required).
- Knowledge and Hard Skills:
- Good communication, interpersonal, and manufacturing skills.
- Keeps up-to-date knowledge and flexibility with solid execution, demonstrated
ability to drive results
