- Apply AI-enabled tools and develop standardized prompts, templates, and workflows to support engineering tasks, including troubleshooting, knowledge retrieval, maintenance planning, and technical documentation, ensuring outputs are validated against approved technical sources;
- Analyze manufacturing, equipment, maintenance, and production data to identify recurring failures, bottlenecks, losses, and improvement opportunities; translate insights into actions that improve yield, equipment availability, response time, and engineering productivity;
- Establish and monitor effectiveness measures for AI and data-driven solutions, such as time savings, issue-resolution time, recurrence reduction, data quality, and user adoption; continuously improve their practical application;
- Maintain data integrity, traceability, and controlled documentation for equipment performance, maintenance, metering, buy-off, work instructions, and manufacturing-order processes; implement approved ECN/ETN changes and ensure relevant parameters and workflows are updated;
- Support the introduction, transfer, modification, duplication, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and processes from prototype or pilot stages to released production; collaborate with R&D, Value Engineering, IE, TD, Operations, and suppliers to resolve technical issues and improve equipment capability;
- Drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement through preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, 5S, safety, spare-parts management, and supplier coordination; provide technical training and requalification, and share validated engineering knowledge and AI-enabled working methods;

Role Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment ;
- Business-fluent English, written and spoken;
- Strong understanding of manufacturing equipment and processes, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, equipment qualification, and structured problem-solving; experience leading or coordinating engineering teams is an advantage;
- Knowledge of AI tools and prompt engineering, with the ability to apply them to practical engineering tasks. Regular experience using statistical data analysis tools to identify trends, evaluate performance, and drive improvement;
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and Access, and relevant CAD tools; familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing-order management, technical documentation, and data traceability;
- Strong project coordination, analytical thinking, and continuous-improvement capabilities;
