Customer Service Specialist (Engineering Graduate) – Ankara
We are looking for an engineering graduate who will start in Customer Service , grow into Inside Sales , and eventually progress to an Account Manager role. You will manage order processes, support customers and distributors, and build the technical and commercial foundation for a long‑term commercial career.
What you will do:
- Manage end‑to‑end order administration and fulfillment
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics and internal teams
- Maintain accurate ERP data (SAP)
- Support Customer Service operations and later Inside Sales activities
- Join customer meetings and learn our technical product portfolio
- Ensure smooth delivery, documentation, and issue resolution
What we look for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Interest in developing through Customer Service → Inside Sales → Account Management
- ERP knowledge (SAP preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Proactive, eager to learn, customer‑focused mindset
