About this role
We are seeking an experienced credit leader to oversee the organisation's credit function — driving the credit agenda, ensuring sound credit risk practices and aligning credit operations with long-term goals.
Your Role:
- Lead the credit function in line with market opportunities and organisational objectives.
- Own the credit risk framework: identification, assessment and mitigation.
- Oversee analysis of issuers' financial statements, capital structures and credit metrics.
- Track market and macroeconomic trends; adjust the portfolio in response to adverse events.
- Oversee short-term instruments and structured credit products for optimal risk-adjusted returns.
- Lead and mentor the credit team; advise senior leadership and engage regulators and investors.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's in Finance, Economics or a related field (MBA/CFA preferred).
- 8 to 10 years in credit risk management, fixed income or related areas, with leadership experience.
