Au sein de l'équipe, vous contribuerez à la réalisation des contrôles et vérifications de teintes à partir des demandes clients, en garantissant le respect des procédures qualité, sécurité et des standards opérationnels.

Principales responsabilités

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené(e) à :

- Réceptionner et analyser les demandes clients (nom de teinte, nuancier, produit concerné).
- Saisir les informations nécessaires dans le logiciel de gestion des teintes.
- Identifier la recette de teinte adaptée et sélectionner les composants appropriés (produit, base, colorants).
- Préparer les boîtes de peinture en vue de leur mise en œuvre sur les équipements dédiés.
- Distribuer les colorants à l'aide du logiciel de teinte.
- Mélanger la peinture et réaliser un échantillon sur support carton.
- Sécher l'échantillon dans l'étuve selon les procédures en vigueur.
- Présenter les échantillons au coloriste pour validation.
- Appliquer, si nécessaire, les corrections de formule recommandées par le coloriste.
- Transmettre la formule finale validée afin qu'elle soit communiquée au client.

Votre profil

- Formation minimum de niveau Bac à Bac+2 dans un domaine scientifique, technique, chimique ou qualité.
- Une première expérience dans un environnement industriel est appréciée.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ; une formation aux logiciels de teinte sera assurée en interne.
- Connaissance des produits et colorants ou capacité à les assimiler rapidement grâce à la formation interne.
- Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe et en étroite collaboration avec les coloristes.
- Respect des procédures qualité, sécurité et des consignes organisationnelles.
