Job Description
Senior execution leader responsible for connecting the organization around critical priorities and driving them to measurable results. The role will lead multifunctional teams, align stakeholders around common objectives, identify and resolve cross-functional roadblocks, and establish the governance and accountability required to sustain execution. The successful candidate will be a strong influencer with the ability to navigate complexity, challenge constructively, and mobilize teams toward results.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Senior project/program or value stream leadership experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority
- Strong business and operational acumen
- Experience leading multifunctional teams and complex projects/situations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- A results-oriented mindset — comfortable owning outcomes, not just coordinating actions
- The ability to bring structure, rigor, and accountability to ambiguous problems
- The person needs to have deep understanding of operational concepts (ex.: bottleneck, WIP management, manufacturing flow)
