Opérateur SAV Machines à Teinter H/F

Au sein de l'équipe, vous participerez à la préparation, au contrôle et au calibrage des machines à teinter destinées à nos magasins clients, dans le respect des procédures qualité, sécurité et des standards opérationnels.

Principales responsabilités

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez amené(e) à :

- Réceptionner et déballer les équipements (machines à teinter et mélangeurs) et vérifier leur conformité physique.
- Saisir les informations relatives aux équipements (type, numéro de série, client destinataire, etc.) dans le logiciel de suivi.
- Étiqueter les réservoirs des machines avec le nom des colorants en respectant le schéma d'implantation défini.
- Remplir les réservoirs avec les colorants appropriés.
- Calibrer les machines conformément aux procédures en vigueur.
- Remballer les équipements après validation des opérations.
- Finaliser les enregistrements et assurer la traçabilité des interventions réalisées.

Votre profil

- Formation minimum de niveau Bac à Bac+2 dans un domaine scientifique, technique ou qualité.
- Première expérience d'au moins un an sur un poste similaire en environnement industriel.
- Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques ; la formation aux logiciels spécifiques sera assurée en interne.
- Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe.
- Respect des consignes horaires, organisationnelles, qualité et HSE.
