About this role

A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. That’s why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

In this role, you will help the Core People Partner team move faster, make better decisions, and provide better services, products, and experiences for our clients. You will look objectively at situations and guide others through options and considerations, executing quickly in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment.

Core is a tech organization with over 10,000 Googlers in 50 countries with a mission to make Google work better for everyone, and at scale. Core builds exceptional infrastructure to create safe, trusted, and helpful products for Googler’s end users. They are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, AI platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. Core looks across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers, and strengthen existing systems.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
