Description:
The role of the Claims Analyst in Health & Life Insurance is to provide assistance and guidance to clients regarding their insurance coverage. The Claims Analyst play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and helping them navigate the complexities of the insurance system.
What can you expect?
- Receiving requests from customers, by email or phone
- Addressing customer inquiries and concerns, explaining insurance policies and procedures, assisting with claims processing, and ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their coverage and benefits
- Tracking the resolution of claims files
- Recording interactions in the database
- Preparation of reports
What you need to have:
- Experience in customer relations, in the medical field - minimum 1 year
- Insurance knowledge/experience is a plus
- Ongoing or finalized higher education
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian language, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of English (at least intermediate level)
- Good understanding of new technologies and a genuine curiosity in this area.
- Excellent communication, attention to details, collaboration and negotiation skills
- Good conflict management skills
- Positive attitude and customer orientation
- Initiative and enthusiasm
