As part of your bachelor thesis, you will address a clearly defined business challenge linked to our Strategy and contribute to an ongoing transformation initiative in an intercultural environment. You will apply academic methods to a practical use case and develop actionable insights that support a more reliable, agile, efficient, and sustainable global supply chain – with the customer at the core.

- Formulate a focused research question in alignment with business and academic supervisors
- Conduct a structured analysis of relevant supply chain, planning, or transformation processes
- Develop and validate a practical, data-driven solution for the defined business challenge
- Engage with international stakeholders across Global Supply Chain, Operations and Data-analytics functions
- Present well-founded findings and actionable recommendations to subject-matter experts and management

Your Profil

- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrate strong academic performance and a keen interest in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Transformation, or related fields
- Apply a structured, analytical approach to solving complex problems independently
- Communicate clearly, present ideas confidently, and work effectively in English
- Bring initial practical experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Programming as an advantage
- Show initiative, take ownership, and stay curious
