- Facilitating requirements and solution-design discussions across Business, Product Development, and Technology teams, ensuring solutions address both user needs and broader product objectives.
- Managing initiatives through the delivery lifecycle, including requirements management, design reviews, testing across POC, QA, UAT, and Production environments, implementation planning, and rollout.
- Leading user acceptance activities and supporting global training and adoption of new workflow capabilities.
- Owning the post-implementation feedback loop, working with users and Technology to assess issues, identify root causes, and prioritize enhancements and product improvements.
- Coordinating effectively across business, technology, and Product Development teams in multiple global locations while managing changing priorities and delivery timelines.
- Supporting selected AI-enabled workflow initiatives where appropriate, including workflows that combine automation, data, business rules, AI capabilities, and human review or approval.

The role is well suited to an individual who combines strong fund administration knowledge with excellent analytical and product development skills and who enjoys solving complex operational problems through technology and process redesign.
