Plumbing Subcontractors Required – GTA & Surrounding Areas
We are seeking experienced Plumbing Subcontractors for ongoing interior plumbing work in occupied and vacant apartment buildings throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Requirements
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Minimum $2,000,000 Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Licensed and experienced plumbers
- Own tools and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and maintain a high standard of workmanship and safety
- Must be willing to travel outside of the GTA on occasion
Scope of Work
- Apartment suite plumbing repairs and renovations
- Fixture replacements and installations
- Water line, drain, and valve replacements
- General interior plumbing maintenance and upgrades
- Work performed primarily within multi-residential apartment buildings
