About this role
Job Description
Just imagine helping shape some of the LEGO Group's most important integrated campaigns, connecting business ambition with world-class creativity. Then make it real.
About the Role
As a Senior Business Partner within Our LEGO Agency (OLA), you will act as a strategic bridge between the business and OLA, leading integrated campaigns from brief through to delivery and creating the conditions for ambitious, fame-driving, fan-building and creatively effective work to thrive.
You will partner closely with business leaders and creative, strategy, production and specialist teams to understand and challenge the business need, translate it into clear creative asks, anticipate what is coming and connect individual briefs to bigger business and creative opportunities.
You will own the creative ambition across the campaign, bringing together the right expertise across OLA and the wider LEGO ecosystem to create genuinely integrated work. You will build trusted relationships, navigate complexity and differing perspectives, create alignment and maintain momentum through change.
You will also own the commercial health and delivery of your campaigns, making clear choices and trade-offs around scope, priorities, sequencing, resource and budget, anticipating risks and dependencies and escalating early when required.
We’re looking for someone who combines Creative Courage, Commercial Clarity and Kindness & Partnership — a confident, collaborative leader who builds trust, challenges constructively and with respect, navigates difficult conversations with clarity and kindness, and brings people with them to deliver outstanding creative and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience serving as a senior account, client or business lead within a leading advertising agency.
- Led complex integrated campaigns across multiple channels, audiences and markets.
- Shaped and strengthened briefs to unlock stronger creative and commercial outcomes.
- Influenced senior stakeholders and aligned cross-functional teams around shared business objectives.
- Managed campaign scope, resource planning, budgets and delivery across complex workstreams.
- Applied a strong understanding of modern marketing, including brand, social, digital, experiential, content and commerce.
- Navigated ambiguity and complexity while creating clarity, momentum and direction for teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated a passion for creativity, creative effectiveness and delivering meaningful business outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Worked across global organisations and highly matrixed stakeholder environments.
- Partnered with large consumer brands operating across multiple international markets.
- Experience working within an in-house agency model or closely alongside internal marketing and creative teams.
- Familiarity with agile ways of working and modern marketing operating models.
What You'll Build
- Lead strategic partnerships with senior stakeholders across the LEGO Group.
- Shape campaign ambition from the earliest stages, ensuring business challenges are translated into clear creative opportunities.
- Bring together strategy, creative, production and specialist capabilities to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Champion ambitious creative thinking while balancing business priorities and commercial considerations.
- Build trusted relationships that enable collaboration, alignment and stronger outcomes.
- Drive campaign excellence through effective planning, prioritisation and delivery.
- Help evolve how OLA partners with the business to create more impactful and integrated work.
Life on the Team

"I joined the LEGO Group a year ago, and I couldn't be loving it more. These roles don't come up very often, so this is a great opportunity for someone who is hungry to learn and get stuck in. There is an open and respectful culture, a deep ambition for the work, and a real passion for the role of play in developing the builders of tomorrow. It doesn't get better than that!"
What Success Looks Like
Success means becoming a trusted partner to both the business and OLA teams, helping shape ambitious campaigns that deliver strong creative and commercial outcomes. You'll create alignment across stakeholders, champion great work and help elevate how OLA partners with the business to turn opportunities into impact.
