About this role

Description

Do you want to bring easy, convenient and affordable payment options to our customers in Brazil? Amazon is expanding rapidly in Brazil and payments is core to providing the best experience for customers to shop on Amazon.com.br. If you have a passion for executing customer-centric marketing initiatives and driving measurable results through data-driven decisions, then this role is for you.

The role of the Product Marketing Specialist, Payments is to lead the execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness, adoption, and ongoing usage of Amazon BR payment methods. The person in this role will own a specific workstream within the broader payment marketing strategy, being accountable for its end-to-end execution, performance management, and reporting against defined KPIs. Working backwards from customer needs and business performance data, this person will identify opportunities within their workstream, propose and execute marketing plans across multiple levers, and deliver results with speed and precision.

This position will work closely with Product Management, UX, Business Development, PR and Engineering teams, as well as partner with key stakeholder teams across Amazon to deliver experiences that resonate with customers and meet their payment needs. This role requires the ability to dive deep with technical and analytics teams, manage multiple concurrent initiatives, and coordinate across partners throughout the larger Payments organization. A successful candidate will be a strong individual contributor with a bias for action, a proven record of making data-driven decisions, and the ability to independently investigate and resolve issues.
