Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can do more than diagnose and repair equipment. We want someone who knows how to run a great residential service call from start to finish—build trust, find the right solutions, present options, close the work, and take care of the customer.
NO ON-CALL. Take-home vehicle. Paid training. Strong earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Run residential HVAC service and repair calls
- Diagnose system issues and identify additional customer needs
- Build trust and clearly explain your findings to homeowners
- Present multiple repair, upgrade, and replacement options
- Discuss pricing and financing and confidently overcome objections
- Close opportunities and perform approved repairs
- Follow Bardi's service process and deliver a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC service experience
- Residential service experience strongly preferred
- EPA certification required
- Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Comfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners
- Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
