- Lead business ownership and analytics support for Power BI reporting, dashboards, scorecards, user interfaces, and other decision-support capabilities.
- Drive master data strategy and lifecycle management for critical R&D data domains, including definitions, governance, stewardship, quality, and standards.
- Establish and oversee data quality practices, including profiling, validation rules, issue remediation workflows, and root cause analysis for recurring defects.
- Support harmonized data models, definitions, and reference data standards across R&D systems.
- Partner with IT and enterprise architecture teams to define and govern integrations and data flows, including appropriate data lineage, traceability, and downstream impact considerations.
- Identify and advance data-driven and AI-assisted solutions that improve digital R&D applications, business insight, and operational efficiency.
Lead People, Delivery, and Partnerships
- Lead and develop a team of Business Owners, business analysts, employees, and contractors supporting assigned R&D applications and data products.
- Coach business analysts and cross-functional product teams in Agile practices, including Scrum or Kanban, to deliver iterative business value.
- Manage relationships with vendors and internal delivery teams, including solution scoping, procurement support, delivery oversight, service performance, and issue escalation.
