Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Mannheim suchen wir einen engagierten Lab Technician (m/w/d) .

Als Lab Technician stellen Sie durch Prozessüberwachung, Analytik und Anlagenbetreuung eine zuverlässige KTL-Beschichtung sicher. Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Prozesse sowie die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Anfahren und Abschalten der Anlage in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Instandhaltungspersonal
- Prozesskontrolle der KTL-Beschichtung durch Durchführung von Messungen, Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen gemäß Produktionslenkungsplan
- Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten, wie z. B. Filterwechsel, Rohr- und Düsenreinigung bzw. -wechsel, Spülung von Wärmetauschern sowie Leerung von Bandfiltern
- Bestandskontrolle und Bestellung von Chemikalien sowie Laborverbrauchsmaterialien
- Überwachung der ordnungsgemäßen Lagerung, Kennzeichnung und Entsorgung gefährlicher Abfallstoffe unter Einhaltung der geltenden Umweltvorschriften
- Wartung und Kalibrierung von Labor- und Anlagenmessmitteln
- Mitarbeit bei Problemlösungsaktivitäten und Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Produktqualität (KVP)
- Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung und Umsetzung der Anforderungen des ISO/TS 16949 Standards
- Schulung und Einarbeitung von Kolleginnen und Kollegen im Laborbereich
- Steuerung und Überwachung der Abwasseraufbereitung sowie der VE-Wasser-Regeneration

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene technische oder chemische Ausbildung, z. B. als Chemielaborant, Chemikant, Lacklaborant, Produktionsfachkraft Chemie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Kenntnisse des KTL-Beschichtungsprozesses
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office und allgemeinen IT-Anwendungen
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
