Pay, Schedule & Sign-On Bonus

Day Shift: $23.00/hour
Night Shift: $25.88/hour , including a 12.5% night shift differential

Day Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Work approximately 14 days per month!

Sign-On Bonus:

- $5,000 – Night Shift
- $2,500 – Day Shift

Occasional overtime opportunities are also available.

About the Role

Start your career with GlobalFoundries as a Manufacturing Operator . No semiconductor or manufacturing experience? That’s okay. We’ll train you!

As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll be part of the team producing microelectronic chips used in cellphones, computers, tablets, vehicles, and other technologies we rely on every day.

You’ll work in our manufacturing environment using computers, equipment, and production systems to help keep our Fab running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

- Work in a clean room environment while wearing required clean room attire
- Operate and support manufacturing equipment
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures
- Use computers and manufacturing systems as part of your daily work
- Work as part of a team to meet production goals
- Follow Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- English language fluency, both written and verbal
- Ability to stand for a 12-hour shift, excluding breaks
- Comfortable wearing a clean room uniform
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds periodically throughout the shift
- Basic computer and email skills
- Ability to meet GlobalFoundries pre-employment screening requirements

Preferred Qualifications

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to receive and follow instructions
- Ability to find information using a spreadsheet or website
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required

Expected Salary Range
$35,400.00 - $55,300.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
