Pay Details & Schedule
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,950
- Average Annual Pay: $101,302
- Top Weekly Pay: $2,450
- Top Annualized Pay: $127,295
- Pay Structure: Mileage pay plus load pay
- Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus: Up to 3% of mileage pay
- Home Time: Weekly, with a 34-hour reset
- Start Time: 6:00 AM
- Shift Length: Up to 14 hours
- Days Off: Vary with freight demand; usually weekdays
- Las Vegas-based drivers: Out for 2 weeks at a time, followed by 3 days home

- Drivers unload trailers using rollers and climb in and out of trailers as needed
- Company-provided tandem-axle sleeper tractors
- 53-foot dry van trailers
- Automatic transmissions and modern equipment
Job Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Valid DOT Medical Card
- No SAP drivers
- Ability to unload freight using rollers
- Must be able to climb in and out of trailers as needed
- Must safely operate a sleeper tractor on regional routes
- Must meet the account’s safety and on-time standards to qualify for the bonus
