Operations Coordinator – Valuation Advisory

Do you thrive on keeping things running smoothly? Become the operational heart of our Netherlands Valuation Advisory team.

As Operations Coordinator, you are the linchpin in the day-to-day operations of our Netherlands Valuation Advisory team. You work closely with business leaders and EMEA Operations Leads to ensure everything runs like clockwork—from financial processes to team coordination.

You are responsible for managing the local billing cycle and serve as the key point of contact between the Netherlands team and JLL Business Services (JBS). In this varied role, you ensure our valuation operations remain efficient, compliant, and financially accurate.

This is a role for someone who maintains oversight, effortlessly juggles multiple priorities, and communicates confidently across all levels of the organization.

What will you do?

Communication & coordination You are the day-to-day point of contact for operational matters and maintain close contact with EMEA Operations Leads, country leadership, and JBS ambassadors. You report regularly to Netherlands VRA management, organize local meetings and events, and ensure action points are followed through. Additionally, you support onboarding of new colleagues and oversee completion of mandatory training.

Financial management & billing You oversee the complete local billing process, including Excel-based procedures and tracking. You support flash reviews, local accruals, debt management, and accounts payable administration. You also manage internal systems such as CapForce (Salesforce), PeopleSoft, and Work in Hand records, ensuring billing procedures remain current and compliant.

JBS coordination As the daily contact point for JBS, you monitor the quality and timeliness of delivered services. You escalate where necessary and work proactively on continuous improvement of our Netherlands operations.

General support You book business travel via the NAVAN platform, assist with system implementations, prepare presentations, and ensure smooth internal communication.

Who are you?

Your background

- You have several years of experience in an administrative, operational, or financial coordination role
- Experience with billing processes and financial tracking is a strong advantage
- You are accustomed to a dynamic environment with client or stakeholder contact
- You are fluent in both Dutch and English, written and spoken

Your skills

- You excel in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including advanced functions)
- You have experience with financial reporting tools such as Salesforce (CapForce) or similar CRM/ERP systems
- You are accurate, analytical, and appreciate structure
- You communicate effectively with both colleagues and management
- You work equally well independently and as part of a team
- You remain calm under pressure and know how to prioritize flawlessly
