Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a dedicated PCA/CNA to provide compassionate care to clients in Ashland, VA. This position offers a consistent schedule from 10:30am to 3:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday with no weekends or holidays required, allowing for excellent work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Assist with daily living activities while promoting client independence and comfort.
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to the appropriate nursing staff.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current PCA or CNA certification.
- Previous experience in home health care preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, VA.
- Pass background checks and drug screening.
Benefits
